We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

2. Refund Requests: You can submit refund requests after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending is a message on Contact Us page. Please clearly state the reason for the refund and provide your order number for swift assistance.

3. Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or custom-made products, are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Joy Haul.

6. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a refund and provide instructions for the return. Return shipping costs will be covered by Joy Haul.
