3. Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or custom-made products, are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Joy Haul.
